RealTime Shift Differential module is an optional module that provides users with a way to pay employees a premium for working during certain hours or when base pay scales need to be adjusted for specific shift assignments. Commonly, it is used for paying premiums for swing and graveyard shift work, but it can also be configured to pay a premium for being on-time. Adjustments of either specific amounts or percentages can be automatically applied to employee wages.

Enjoy enhanced rounding and reporting options by linking employees to their weekly schedule. This Module adds the ability to do extended time rounding (Pay only from the start and end times of the shift) and extended time grace (Pay employees even if they arrive late or leave early) rules.

Additionally, this module provides absence reporting.

Use this Module to print your own barcodes. Barcodes can be used for Employee Badges, Department Tracking, and Job Tracking.

You can print just one label or a range of labels. Range can include sequential numbers or can be read from the Employee/Department/Job tables to only print valid entries. Starting position for the label is user defined, preventing wasting labels or trying to move them for printing.

RealTime Networking Module allows an unlimited number of Local Area Network (LAN) users to share a SINGLE SOFTWARE LICENSE and to share a connection to the Time and Attendance information. These users are licensed as a single entity and all share simultaneous information updates and changes. Additionally, networked users automatically receive all optional modules that are installed.

For environments with more than 1 client (Accounting Firms, Employment Companies, etc), different users will enjoy the ability to access any of the client accounts they need to, without interupting the tasks of anyone else.

Use the Job Tracking module to obtain informative reporting of where your employee time is going. This is an excellent tool for making informed management descisions and forcasting new project costs.

Additionally, this module will provide information to the Rate Assignment function, allowing employee pay rates to be adjusted depending on the Department, Job, or Department/Job combination that their time is allocated to.

Use this module to automatically generate reports in your absence. It can be used to produce any desired report and deliver it to any available printer automatically. Yes! It can even be sent by fax!
