Word Description
Grace period Grace period is one of the rounding rules that can be applied to punch in and punch out data prior to payroll processing. For a more detailed explanation of rounding rules see Shift Settings. At shift start, the grace period defines the number of minutes an employee is allowed to arrive late and still be credited as having arrived at shift start. At shift end, grace period refers to the number of minutes an employee is allowed to leave early and still be credited for having worked until the end of shift.
