Telephone support is our most common support option, and is the first line of defense against problems or training needs for most companies. But to put things in context, Sundial also offers the following support optioins:

Telephone Support costs $75 per incident. Exceptions to this would be when one or more of the above optional support plans are in place. Hours of operation for telephone support are Mon - Thur 8 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays 8AM to 4PM.
