RealTime Advanced
Delete Null Rows

Periodically a database may have partial records that were not fully completed by a manual entry. When this happens it can produce messages during various operations, most commonly Regenerating Totals, Report Printing and some Screens.

Running the "Delete Null Rows" function is a simple solution and involves navigating to the 'Delete Null Rows' function in the top menu button Utilities. Below is a picture of the drop down menu where Delete Null Rows can be found.

Not all records with a "null" entry are deleted, instead null records are modified to retain any valid data.  For instance, if a Record is marked as "Complete" but is missing the Time Out value, the Delete Null Rows process will modify that record to be an "In" type instead.

Once you click the Delete Null Rows button the process will be fairly quick.
