Collect Time Clock Data Easily
No matter what method of Time Clock you choose, RealTime makes it easy to collect employee punch information. Electronic Time Clocks will either deliver the data immediately or store the time punch information for transmittal to RealTime at a more convenient time. Even if you need to mix Time Clock choices, you'll find that RealTime supports your needs and your environment.
Use Automation and let your computer do the work for you. Your computer can collect your punch information during the night, and it'll be ready for you in the morning when you arrive. RealTime Communications is designed so that you can just set it up once and let it run on it's own from there.
Simple to Use Editing Tools
Evaluating your employee time information before printing it is always beneficial. It allows you to identify missed punches or erroneous entries. We have built a comprehensive editing tool that allows you to make any adjustments or corrections you wish, and will automatically alert you to any problem areas such as missed punches, long lunches or breaks, or even if the employee uses incorrect department or job codes. In addition, the screen instantly displays the pay period totals for any employee you select. Totals include total work hours, total paid time off hours, and total monetary amounts.

Multi-User
Many companies need to give administrative access to more than a single individual. We deliver Multi-User capacity right out of the box. Not just 1 seat, or 2 but as many as you need. Simply install the program for every user that needs it. RealTime will easily share the database and even allow concurrent access to files. Internal record locking will automatically prevent simultaneous writes, so you don't have to worry about stepping on each other's toes.
Pay Policies and Overtime Criteria
California especially, but also many other businesses need Overtime policies that go beyond the basic "40 Hour Week." Not a problem for RealTime, where you can define multiple overtime policies including daily, weekly, biweekly or even a custom length. Plus two rules can be defined to run concurrently, making it possible to setup a daily rule in conjunction with a weekly rule. In addition to the two possible overtime rules, you can configure a consecutive work day rule and even declare any day of the week to have overtime or double time hours, beginning at any point you decide. It may sound complex, but don't worry, we've designed a very easy screen so you can be done in a few keystrokes.
Automated Holiday
Reduce worry when Holidays are upon you. RealTime can automatically allocate Holiday pay for employees who don't work on the Holiday, Apply Holiday Premiums (Overtime or Double-Time) for employees who do work the Holiday, or Both. In addition, RealTime supports an unlimited number of Holiday configurations, so you can easily manage Holidays, even when different employees have different Holiday benefits.
Automated Lunch Deductions
Simplify things for your employees by automatically deducting the lunch period. This simple technique relieves lines at the time clock and provides additional time to the employee for lunch. It also prevents you from having to monitor each employees "lunch" transactions to make sure they are taking their required "minimum" lunch break. Any employees who leave the premises can still "Clock Out" for lunch so you don't have to worry that the designated lunch period is being abused.
