RealTime Standard Reports
Sundial RealTime™ Standard gathers your employee punch data from the time clock and produces reports that allows management to form a clear picture of labor costs, hours, trends and sometimes more importantly, exceptions to the expected schedule. Using RealTime Reports will enable you to stay informed and share or compile information easily. See aslo: RealTime Standard reports.
With RealTime™ Standard you can analyze time and attendance data as it's collected, and make adjustments immediately so that corrected entries will be reflected in your reports. Your payroll department will be able to easily provide you (or if applicable, your clients) with the following management reports:

- Report Type: WHO'S IN REPORT
- Description: The Daily Time Report will list all employees time for the day, or other period you specify. It also gives the daily and weekly totals.

- Report Type: WHO'S NOT IN REPORT
- Description: The Exceptions Report will list ID numbers without Names, as well as showing potentially duplicate or overlapping entries.

- Report Type: SHIFT LIST REPORT
- Description: The Time Card Report with daily in/out punches for the period specified. It is a printout of your employee's time cards, one employee per page and a totals page at the end.

- Report Type: TIME DETAIL REPORT
- Description: The Time Detail Report gives a detailed breakdown of the time card data punch by punch, for the date range specified. It is a printout of your employee's in / out punches, sorted by employee. Sick days are shown in sequence where they occur, rather than at the end.

- Report Type: APPROACHING OVERTIME REPORT
- Description: The Approaching Overtime Report will list any employees that have over a certain amount of hours to date since the date you specify. It lists the current hours for each employee, as well as the department total for that employee.

- Report Type: TIME CARD SUMMARY
- Description: The Actual Dept Detail Report is a detailed report showing in/out punches for each employee (listed per department, then per job, then per employee).

Sundial RealTime has been intentionally designed to allow users with Microsoft Access, to quickly and easily create their own customized reports as well. Variations of the above can be easily modified, or an entirely new report can be created from a template to fit a specific reporting need.
