Swipe and Go - Configure this unit as a Swipe and Go Time Clock and the employees will not need to press any keys at all, just slide their badge through the slot reader and they're clocked in, or out. The Time Clock automatically determines what the next punch should be. Use two terminals and configure one for IN and the other for OUT to keep things moving smoothly.
Management Options - Supervisors can access the Passcode protected "Manager" routines to create punches when necessary. Perhaps an employee worked off site or was unable to use the time clock, or perhaps the supervisor just need to correct someones missing infomration, either way, this time clock provides the tools you need. Manager Passcodes can be encoded to a badge, completely secure from prying eyes.
Data Entry - Employees can enter data through the badge reader or directly at the Keypad. When the Time Clock is configured to collect optional information, such as Departments or Jobs, the screen will inform the user exactly what information is needed. The terminal will only request information that is relevant to the specific transaction.
Connectivity - Direct support for both Serial and Modem connection to the host computer. When a Modem connection is used, the terminal can easily share an existing telephone line with your fax machine or even a voice line, eliminating the need for a dedicated telephone line or line sharing device.
Ethernet - Purchase additional Ethernet option and use this time clock on your LAN, WAN, VPN, or, in certain situations, through the internet.
