Fingerprint Time Clock – an Affordable Solution

Securely clock employees in and out of work with just their fingerprint using this fingerprint time clock. This device reliably keeps track of time logged and can reduce the chance for discrepancies or buddy punching. It easily networks with other Sundial products for complete time and attendance recording. The Series 15 Fingerprint Time Clock uses biometrics to clock employees in or out effectively eliminating buddy punches and ghost employee problems.

Touch and Go Time and Attendance

Employees simply place their finger on the optical reader and the system responds with audio cues to let them know their identification has been approved. The verification speed takes less than a second and the system can be set to recognize RFID proximity cards for truly contactless identification. The Sundial Fingerprint Timeclock can recognize 3,000 fingerprints, and because fingerprints are not stored but rather a biometric match is generated, privacy is preserved for employees.

The built-in support for standard RFID proximity or even pin/password punches makes this the timeclock of choice for a wide variety of businesses.

Secure Data Collection

The Series 15 Fingerprint Time Clock uses a low 12V operating power, and an optional battery backup can also be used. Internet access can be acquired through either direct ethernet cable or through a local WiFi connection, providing real-time logging. Even when the internet connection gets interrupted, this time clock internally stores offline punches and updates the records once it’s been reconnected. Additional features include a port to plug in a USB drive, along with built-in relays where users can install security bells and locks as added security support functions.

Customizable and Multilingual

Settings and options can be easily adjusted using the TFT color screen display on this fingerprint time clock. The device responds with audio and visual cues to indicate the employee has been recognized and accepted. The language for these cues can be adjusted according to the company’s needs, with several common languages to choose from. When switching between projects or departments, employees can use these clocks to log out of one area or task, and into another.
